Mechanical Engineers 

Responsibilities：
1、To review the supplier daily for existing product performance；
2、To review the machining vendor project status to meet the timing line；
3、To develop the machining process and support the New programs；
4、To develop the machining vendor technically and also support them to meet the project timing line；
5、To develop the machining vendor technically launching of machining project on time；
6、To develop the machining process in line with customer requirement；
7、To optimize the quality & quantity of the existing product；
8、To develop the machining project proposals for New products；
9、To manage the vendor for meeting the end customer requirements；
10、To validate the machining process；
11、Technical communications with customer & supplier；
12、Other work delegated by higher managers.

Qualifications：
1、Bachelor Degree or above major in Manufacturing engineering or related；
2、At least 5 years of machining operation and management experience;
3、Familiar with machining process，Scene with operating experience;
4、Good at analytical, creative planning；
5、Work independently, good learning ability；Clear concept, strong communication skills and team cooperation spirit;
6、Familiar with Microsoft Office and CAD；
7、Good at read and written English;
